Commodore Hackathon/Hackfest Interest
As I attended the recent C4 EXPO, I realized that I enjoy the "hacking sessions" immensely. Still, an EXPO serves primarily to show off already created works. As well, the hacking portion tends to be uncoordinated (though, I know some of the folks at ECCC plan ahead to hack at that show), so parts are often n... 10 Jun 2010 08:52

Bounty for uIEC Geos driver?
I have been thinking how nice it would be if the uIEC would have a Geos/Wheels driver. On other platforms I have seen bounty systems for wanted software. Why not for this driver? The C64-Wiki page states a proof of concept driver exists and to contact a user "1570". http://www.c64-wiki.com/index.php/sd2iec_%28fir... 8 Jun 2010 14:52

New Commodore-branded computer
After all the bantering of the thread, the irony of the joke is - the computers are cooler and cheaper then what Commodore was producing and has more OS options built in. All it needs to use the Commodore logo is a sticker. 6 months has past since Commodore et al produced a darn product and under the U.S. trade... 14 Jun 2010 00:51
Power Adapter question
Yesterday I unboxed my C64 model C and to me relief it still worked (couldn't find a monitor cable, but lucky I also have an old black & white TV set). In the attic I have 3 original model C64s. They may or may not work and I want to find out. I'm pretty sure the power adapter of the C model would work on t... 4 Jun 2010 02:41
