I submitted a request for someone to look up that ticket
and asked it to be escalated.

I also said it was due to an update.
(I only have 4hr response on this forum)

when you stop yelling.

Your sentence above, for instance, is entirely understandable, while one

Some people who have this problem, can boot from disk.. and fix it.. but
others such as myself.. it wont let them boot from disk.. this is a known
problem..
