Just like to add my thanks for an excellent three days. As always there was much to learn amongst a group of like-minded developers. By the way I no longer use VO or Vulcan for new work because all our work is now web-based. However I was very impressed by the way in which others with large portfolios of code in xbased languages are now able to embrace the future without going bankrupt while rewriting in c#. It is very clear to me that the .NET framework and SQL are what is important and that the language used to exploit them is pretty well irrelevant. Mike Pitcher |
