What comes up in Yast with openbuildservice/mozilla is 3.5.9. Yast
does not want to create a repository from the URL above.

I'm not sure why. I can reach it just fine in Firefox.

I have

http://download/opensuse.org/repositories/mozilla/openSUSE_11.1

It shows Firefox 3.5.9.

Download that RPM and then:

mtobler(a)ren:~> sudo zypper install MozillaFirefox-3.6.6-1.1.x86_64.rpm

All interaction with google is retained (6 months now?), aggregated, and
traced to you via cookie and or IP address.

Of course all major websites do this, and all browsers are susceptible.. but
firefox has alot of great addons that you can use to lock it down.

Can't help you, I don't use yast for repos cause it's always been too
hard to beat manners into (saving what, where, and when "I" want).

Let us know if it launches, I reinstalled thrice already and each time
it bombs.
