Yes you can. Just use your package manager - Ubuntu is based on Debian,
so that would be /apt-get/ - to install the necessary packages, and it
will pull in the dependencies for you.

man apt-get

.... for further instructions on how to use it. ;-)

No one is attacking you.

If you wanted to install a Window manager why didn't you say so (which
is not the same as Webmin, which, is a remote server configuration
tool via http, at least last time I checked)?

You're confused. In your OP you asked something, quite incoherent,
dunno exactly what. That's why I pointed you to a document helping you
to better formulate your question in order to get help. We're not mind
readers, you know. Heck, I even used the word "please" in my post.

Apparently so.

Be nice, Jon. English is obviously not his primary language. From his
address, I'd guess his first language is Italian.

news, I think you want to *incorporate* a graphical component into
your Ubuntu CD images, and have it installed automatically. Is this
correct?

Getting such a component into the installation CD itself is trickier
than simply using "apt-get" or its friendly graphical tool,
"synaptic". synaptic You'd need to make a copy of the contents of the
CD with tools like 'mount' and 'rsync', add the new components,
incorporate it into the CD directories in a way that 'apt' and the
installation tools would find it, and burn a new CD image with tools
like 'mkisofs'. It's a lot of work. There are probably good tools on
Ubuntu to do just that sort of overall task, but I don't know what
they are.

Frankly, I think you'll be much happier using 'synaptic' after OS
installation to give you a friendly GUI for finding and selecting
components to install.
