I accidentally deleted System Preferences

Final thoughts on Photo to Movie
OK. Here's my final report on trying to use Photo to Movie with iDVD. Although the end result was some reduction in the strobing and flashing caused by moire effects in many stills during pans and zooms, there was still plenty of this distortion. Compressing ripped DVDs?
So I've just downloaded Mac the Ripper and it seems pretty good, although there doesn't seem to be any option to rip AND compress. I finally got my copy of Windows Pro serv pack 2 full edition. I downloaded the firmware update utility and ran it, it says "this computer does not need this update" and closes, but when I run Bootcamp it says update firmware and closes!!
