All you need to know is it's running on Windows 7. FrontPage 2003 is NOT compatible with Windows 7. You just can't do a SaveAs very effectively. Or a few other "little" things like that. Not to mention Win7 doesn't support FPSE, so your options for local webs are that much more crippled.
