No and I will not suggest one. They are all snake oil remedies and will always cause
an issue.
My answer as was posted was not asking you to use one but rather did you use one
that caused the issue

ok .. computer starts in safe mode, then in normal mode, but then shuts down
abnormally next time in normal mode.
So how about going through the programs that start on boot and .. preventing
them from starting on boot next time:
I recommend sysinternals autoruns:

sure you can use msconfig .. but then you are doomed to start in diagnostic
mode until the end of time .. well not really .. but sysinternals is just
better
