Reinstalling Outlook Express I am having problems with Outlook Express 6.0 opening/running very slowly (over one minute to load) and wonder if I uninstall Internet Explorer 7.0 and then reinstall it, will I also get a clean install of Outlook Express? Tool Bar Trying to help a friend. Running OE6. From shortcut on desktop (Win XP) she gets to her Inbox, but the screen does not show Create, etc. It says File, Edit, View, Tools, Message and Help. There is no Send and Receive, and no Address Book. I think she has to have the OE Toolbar checked but how to get to it. ... 27 Feb 2010 21:00
