Stop OE from asking me to compress my messages
Whenever I quit Outlook Express it asks me whether I want to enhance its performance by archiving my messages by compressing them. Address Book Failed to Load in XP
When opening OE I get a message saying "The address book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured, please reinstall." A second message says "Unable to open the address book. jpeg images being received as .dat files
