I am using Windows 98 and Outlook Express 6. I am suddenly receiving an error: Outlook Express could not be opened because MSOERES.DLL could not be found. Inserting Picture.
I used to be able to insert a picture in my email (as opposed to attach) and have the choice on whether I wanted the original size kept or have it shrunken to a smaller size. i have plugged my usb headset in to my laptop and amthough it seems to work whenever i go to test hard ware i get an error message sayint go to add/remove and install dpv.setup.exe.
