when I open folders, I want files alphabetically, not by size

Tracking Question
I have a document that I turned on tracking for. I made a gazillion changes. I now would like to take this document and remove the tracking information and start clean to track NEW changes I am going to make. So - doc1.docx has all my historical tracking in it. Instructions at the link here involve a file " Office2007Converters.adm " It is not listed in the window this opens. I searched my system for it, but it's not anywhere on the system. search for words separated by 1-n characters?
