It's not a "bug", n00b.

It's a simple limitation based on the limitation of it's compilation and
toolkit.

Perhaps you should be using Noobuntu?

I've both downloaded (all 8) of the 13.1 iso's (6 CD's plus 32-
as well as 64-bit DVD) as well as have been seeding those to the
bittorrent network (and they have been dowloaded multiple times).
So if you can't get bittorrent input, you may be firewalled for
torrents either on your own machine or by your provider.
Try another port (the default ones are well-known).
I.E. I'm using port 61249 in Vuze.

But some sites I _know_ do work:
ftp://elektroni.phys.tut.fi/slackware-13.1-iso (Finland)
http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/pub/slackware/slackware-13.1-iso (USA)
ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/unix/linux/mirrors/slackware/slackware-13.1-iso (Germany)

The ext2/3 filesystem has a "2 GB of blocks" limit, so either
2 TB (with 1 K blocksize), 4 TB or 8 TB (with the default 4 KB
blocksize).
This limit _has_ been removed in ext4, by the way.

Jeezuz i do miss ++Cibao++ and Faux_Psuedo and the rest of the
Bozo Assault Squad. The quality of rudeness in AOLS has certainly
fallen since then, such that newbs now think a love poem from DanC
is an attack on their very lives.

I'm sincerely sorry you didn't succeed in downloading from the same site I
had no problem with; I hope you were eventually successful. Sorry for all
the bullshit you've had to endure in the meantime.
