Think back again to Uncle Clive, selling reject transistors at inflated prices to suckers Its not even about factories in China.

Presumptious much? If you had that claimed experience you would not have suggested it was simply a request for a refund and paypal give it to you. Now for your clue, Roland told you of the 45 day limit, your response was that it was irrelevant how long delivery took, since the 45 days begins on *payment* not *delivery* you were clearly wrong, the fact you cannot admit that and go on to try and belittle any claim on the basis of poor quality before delivery just shows how little you seem to grasp this particular reality, best you put your shovel down now, it's deep enough, no, really, it is.
