Suggestions for mp3 player
Hi, I'm after a cheapish mp3 player (the hardware kind), any suggestions? Capacity isn't too important - 256MB would be fine. Browsing Amazon, a few caught my eye as being cheap with reasonable reviews: ATMT Lite, Creative Zen Nano Plus, Netac C620, and Ministry of Sound's MOSMP0xx. playing hdtv files -- problem with X or with hardware?
When I try to play a high-definition (1920x1080) .ts video file with mplayer using the xv output driver, the video is only drawn on part of the screen. I was in Frys this weekend and they had a stack of panoramic monitors on sale for a good price. The display model was as sharp as I have ever seen and about a yard wide.
