Question on Sendmail rDNS feature
I have some questions on rDNS. Q1. Which domain will Sendmail use to check against the receiving IP address for reverse DNS lookup? The domain in sender's address or the envelop from address? Q2. If there is a reply-to header within the message, which domain will it use for reverse DNS lookup? Still the send... 17 Mar 2010 21:11

DSNs & custom vs. esmtp mailer problem
When relaying outbound messages via a custom mailer, I'm getting expected DSN bounce messages sent back to root instead of the sender of the message in my domain. I'd like to get the DSN messages back to the sender so they know the message didn't make it. Part of the problem appears that sendmail is trying to use... 27 Feb 2010 20:59
