A useful Add-on for Firefox is "IE View." It doesn't provide
"compatibility mode" but it allows you to select sites from within
Firefox and have them open in Internet Explorer. For example, you can
put a site in your Firefox bookmarks and designate that it should open
in IE. Then when you click on that bookmark, instead of the site
opening in Firefox, Internet Explorer will start up with that site
selected. You can also right click on a page in Firefox and one of the
menu options will be View This Page in IE."
