I have used this formula in the past and have been able to then sort on column C and it would but the number (matches) at the top followed by the #N/As. Figuring Dates quit working!
I have used a spreadsheet for years (not created by me) that figures dates for leases. I enter the starting date at the top, then in a column the number of months for each step of the lease.
