How to block a chunk of IPs?

XP install drive missing following partition sizing
I used Partition Master (free Home Edition) to reduce the XP partition size in a dual boot Windows 7 system. Partition master could not complete the operation because it found "some error" on the system following reboot. XP still boots and Windows 7 still boots.
