433MHz transmitter ATA8402 Application note
Has anyone here come across this application note for the ATA8402 (T5754) Atmel 433MHz transmitter? http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/doc9115.pdf I have very little RF experience and I might be mistaken, but this AN is very dodgy indeed. I'm trying to make sense of the impedance-matching capa... 22 Jul 2010 05:57

HD tv with standard 4:3 signal
Hey Guys, I'm curious about viewing a standard analog 4:3 aspect ratio cable signal on an HD TV. If you visit a TV sales show room they always have an HD signal playing on the TVs. I have a standard cable tv signal to my house I have no plan to upgrade to the upper tier. However, I have one spot where I wo... 23 Jul 2010 23:29

How to set boost converter output voltage ?
I have designed with SPICE a simple boost converter with input voltage output voltage ratio of 1:3 - 10.0V goes in and 30.0V comes out. I did this mostly with simple calculations and changing capacitor/ inductor values. Is there a better and more predictable way to do this ? Thanks in advance for your help. ... 21 Jul 2010 19:08
Filter cap at dc motor input
I'm rebuilding an old machine for a local company by replacing all the electronics with my own design. It uses a 24V DC brushed motor with an integral reduction gear. The original drive circuit used a couple of SCRs for speed control and current was limited to 3.5A. My circuit uses high frequency PWM (~22kHz). ... 21 Jul 2010 19:08
