How do I ensure formulas automatically calculate after pasting
I have just recently installed Excel 2003. When I copy and paste a formula into a column the result of the first cell copies down the column and I need to manually refresh each cell to get the correct result for that cell. If anyone figures this out, I'd like to hear as well. All I keep seeing in the various discussions are the same answers that don't apply. Copying "Exact" Function

Sum Formula dilemma - Can yu Solve?
Have a column for item id and a column for its Qty. What I need to do is have a sum of all the item id quanitities whose item id is either a 1, a 3, or a 7. Why does forumula show in cell instead of formula result?
Sometimes when I enter a formula into an Excel cell, the formula itself is displayed in the cell instead of the formula result. However, when I open Formula Wizard, the Wizard shows the correct formula result that should be displayed in the cell.
