UTT memory chips?
Are UTT (UnTesTed) memory chips really untested by their manufacturers, or were they tested by their manufacturers and then rejected? I can't believe that chip makers would produce untested chips, except under contract, because they have to test chips to grade them by speed, don't they? ... 4 Apr 2006 11:22
