I've just recieved a partially working Iqon computer from my grandad, he said if i could fix it, I could have it. The problem with it is that everytime the power is turned on, it'll power up for a second or two, and then turn off. thermal compound
someone told me, that when building a pc...a thermal compound usually comes with the heat sink..either a compound or a pad....he said that i should buy my own compound...remove the one that was supplied and put the new one in....i am not sure how necessary this is...as from intel...i would excpect a compound or pa... 29 Mar 2006 03:47

Hello, I bought one of these, and it seems to have arrived DOA. I installed the CPU and memory, and hooked up a monitor and power, just to test the boot function. hello. I just purchased a matx psu to power a basic asus motherboard two fans, cpu fan, dvd drive/cd and floppy drive. It's a 320 watt diablotek, and I think it should be enough.(?)
