STORAGE_ERROR : EXCEPTION_STACK_OVERFLOW
I read the messages earlier on this error where they were working on some medical device. My program is not threaded. I'm not real sure where to put a pragma storage_size(...) statement. Does it go inside the procedure of the main program? Does it go in the package header? The package body? Where should I put ... 12 Apr 2007 15:31

JEWL with Aonix ObjectAda
Hello I'm wondering if someone uses the JEWL-package with ObjectAda, because I can't get it running. I'm using JEWL 1.6 and ObjectAda 7.2.2 on a Win2000 machine. Can somebody post the project settings (and something else?) I have to choose? Thanks and greetings, Tom Berger ... 30 Mar 2007 07:55
Fun with Tasking
Below is sample code I made representing something I wanted to do with a program, of course it doesn't work quite the way I would like. Hopefully this sample doesn't cause eye (or brain) injury, it is more symbolic than useful - the procedure "Exec" is, of course, really a package (rather, several similar packages)... 31 Mar 2007 08:27
Ada - Install
I followed the tutorial on this site and dowloaded djdev203.zip, bnu210b.zip and gnat314b.zip into e:\djgpp\ada. But whenever I try to run this simple hello.adb program, I get the following message: E:\DJGPP\ada\bin>gnatmake HELLO.ADB gcc -c hello.adb fatal error, run-time library not installed correctly can... 29 Mar 2007 08:20

Design help
Alright, here is my status. I decided to use the fixed record length and I have the program limping successfully. I kept getting segmentation faults in GNAT and I tracked it down to missing "all" operator on pointers. I'll come back to the segmentation fault issue in a moment. I have some further questions abou... 26 Mar 2007 11:18
