Suggested fan speed settings for X1650 Pro Hi @all I just bought a Sapphire X1650 Pro AGP. Its fan is always at max speed and I'd like to preserve my hearing... :-) So I just downloaded AtiTool 0.26 and I'm going to override Fan speed by setting dynamic fan control. had WinMCE and TV tuner, but decided to rebuild the OS using WinXP Pro -- now I'd like to have an operating TV tuner again I have a Gateway machine that had MCE, but I use it primarily for business and decided to rebuild/reinstall using WinXP Pro. Can you please help me decide I am rebuilding my computer and the last part is the video card. I am torn between the ATI 1650 Pro 512 and the PNY Nvidia 7900 GS 256.
