BeatScape Record
Please, can anyone tell me: How do you record with BeatScape ? Can you get the twenty audio channels shown in the console view to show a record button ? I have spent some time on this very basic task and found no answers. Track bouncing or recording from a send is not acceptable. Don't forget there are twen... 2 Jan 2010 23:44
Sonar PE 8.5.2 update
I can't tell from the language on the download page what exactly it means. It says you can install 8.5.2 to 8.5 or 8.5.1. Does this mean if you install 8.5.2 you don't have to install 8.5.1 (meaning 8.5.1 is included in 8.5.2) or do you have to install 8.5.1 also? This is the first time I recall doing an update... 6 Jan 2010 08:26
Wireless N
One of the best things I ever did at my house is to pay this guy to come over and wire the whole house with Cat 6! We have sockets like telephone jacks in every room, and two in some rooms. Halving the speed of a MIDI track
Hi all, Quick question for Sonar MIDI experts: I have a slow track that consists only of MIDI data right now. I've ended up with it playing at the "right speed" with my tempo set to 140bpm, but I think really the tempo should be around 72 and the MIDI note lengths should be doubled (if you see what I mean).... 1 Jan 2010 16:16

Logitech USB speakers
I'm not an expert, bam (by any means :) but ... the Logitech Z5 USB speakers are on sale for $30 at Amazon ($99 reg). I bought two sets. They load as seperate audio outputs and are assignable in Sonar. The latency is low ... same as my onboard card ... a little on piano but not really noticeable for me on strings... 29 Dec 2009 15:14

Superior 2.2 x64 public beta
They have dropped the files in your existing Toontrack downloads account so if you are interested in the 64 bit version of Superior 2 and Toontrack Solo, you can get them there. I've worked with them in in SONAR x64 - 8.5.2 and 8.3.1 as well as in Reaper x64 - V3.14 and I think you will have smooth sailing but... 6 Jan 2010 08:26
