Normalizing multiple files - Sound Forge? Hi, I'm putting together a mixed CD for a wedding. Naturally, not all the songs are in the same volume range. I'm hoping to figure out a good way to get all the songs pretty close in volume to each other; without having to normalize them all individually. Sending sysex data to Cakewalk TTS-1 I have an old MIDI track that I played, with user-edited sounds, through my old Roland JV-30 synth. Is there any way to redirect the saved sysex data bank to the Cakewalk TTS-1 instead of out the MIDI port to the JV30 synth? I've tried changing the port from 1 to 2 but it doesn't seem to respond. Update: Sony/Acid/Registration PIA OK, ready for a chuckle? I call Sony customer support and it turns out that they had previous registrations associated with two different email accounts. midi drum fills Anybody have a good source for midi drum fills. I am not a drummer and the fills I create on my keyboard are passable but I could use some canned fills to expand my vocabulary. Gigastudio 3 and Sonar 5 help I have Gigastudio 3 and I'm using it with Sonar 5 using ReWire. I was able to use all of the ports in Gigastudio 2.5 as they showed up in Sonar, but now that I'm in version 3, I seem to only have access to the first port, therefore limiting me to only 12 sounds. Sonar5 - SONARPDR.EXE crash after launch I just installed Sonar5P. No errors upon install. I did not migrate any settings. Launched Sonar5 right after install, Sonar5 profiles my audio card, then shows "tip of the day". OK that dialog, then: "SONARPDR.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close." Well....I shoulda expected this from Cakewalk P5 upgrade received 2 hours ago. Just started to register..... manual says S/N on back of the case. Nope... nothing remotely resembling a S/N there.
