Email stuck in outbox even though multiple emails sent
I am using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP. When I send an email with an attachement it gets stuck in the Outbox. Usually it happens with attachements over 1MB but sometimes it happens with smaller ones. I am unable to send/receive messages in Outlook 2000. The error number is 0x8000ccc0e. The message says that it is unable to connect to the server (POP3).
