Killing Web Animations
How do you stop animations on a web site? It was possible to do this using command-period at one time. This doesn't seem to work anymore. I now use command-shift-four. Mac mini won't boot from CD or DVD
Hi. I'm trying to install linux on 1/2 of my mac mini. Problem is, I can't get the thing to boot off the CD or DVD. I tried 3 different linux flavors, and none works. Burn Folder
I have a new iMac with the dual core Pentium. I set up a New Burn Folder and drag my home directory to the new folder. I pop in a 4.7GB DVD-R and pick the Burn button. [kinda OT] windows vista via boot camp
I install windoze vista beta 2 using boot camp. During the install, all goes well until it tries to reboot! At that point I get: \Windows\System32\winload.exe error 0xc0000225 file is missing or corrupt. I can see the file, so I know it's there. Have I missed a step? Or what?
