"They" did it again: after an update "somehow" the bar at the bottom of the screen was messed up. Situation now is that a program, which runs, no longer has an entry in a field clickable to switch from one program to another. System Tray Icons are invisible or wrong.
Has anyone else seen or heard of this odd issue?
