"Add New" contact window not appearing Outlook 2007

Outlook message font says 11 but is so small it can't be read.
My Outlook was working perfectly. I pasted a web address from an open website into a message to send and it changed my text to so small it looks like dots unless I go to 72 point font and then it is readable. My new Outlook 7 keeps delivering double emails. Ideas?
I just bot a dell studio 15 laptop with outlook 7. When I used the easy transfer system many of my emails were doubled up. I had AVG on my last system and many of them came with an AVG certificate as an attachment. Now all of my emails are doubled - no AVG cert though. Any help is appreciated ... 24 Mar 2010 14:43

So after a brief, but totally unsatisfying, stint trying out Outlook 2010 beta I had to go back to using Outlook 2007 w/ BCM.
