I archived a bunch of emails, which created a new archive file about 2GB in size. My .ost file remained the same size (7.5GB) Should the .ost file size shrink after archiving? (using Windows Vista/Office 2007) Is the .ost file size large enough that it could cause problems with things like indexing? ... 16 Apr 2010 09:28

I have Outlook(2007) synchronized with Hotmail by Outlook connector. If i mark email with red flag everythink is OK. But if I change red flag to DONE. After I turn off outlook, turn off my computer, the mark DONE will dissapear! And the email is red - It looks like the email is marked as red flag...But I marked... 15 Apr 2010 17:00

auto text
im now using windows 7 and am trying to figure out how to have formatted text phrases that i use over and over again in email replys in outlook to automatically fill in so i dont have to type them all out every time. used to be auto text but now i cant figure out how it works in the windows 7 system. any help... 6 May 2010 09:40

Encryption Issue
I have a co-worker that his email encryption stopped working about three weeks and I can't figure out why. I have tried deleting and reloading his certificate from our CA(We have our own CA for the company so certificates are generated by the server). I am receiving some of my email up to 5 times. I have recently set up mail rules of where these are to go and when I check these folders I find there are 5 of some. Is there a way to change the Outlook 2007 display font? I am talking about the font the program uses for general display, menus, etc. I have finally been able to turn off the clear type, but the font is different than what is used on the rest of the computer. I've set up an exchange account on outlook 2007, loaded my .pst folder from my old pop account and then transfered all my subfolders/old email over to the exchange account.
