RESOURCE USAGE I work with a calendar that is setting 9 hours work/day for all the resources. In the resource usage I see that more than 8 hours of work is shown in red, but also sometimes all kinds of hours like 4.5, 5.6, 4.8 hs is red as well, even though is a normal working day. Resource Usage Hi Certain tasks in a project (project tracking) will be from the beginning of the prokject to the end of the project (a single task). Material resource costs 0 for 0 duration task If I have a material resource allocated to a zero duration task, why are the costs of this resource for this task 0? Why must I have a non-zero duration for material costs to work? Nowhere does it say that Material costs depend on duration (whereas Work resource costs do). Problem Re-inserting a project in a consolidated project file I had a project file called 'Procurement', inserted in my 'master projects' file. The procurement file had problems so i deleted the file, and removed it from my master file by highlighting the row and deleting. I then created a new file, named it 'procurement' and saved it OK.
