l_intl.nls file corrupted on XP Home

Can't read A drive
I just installed Windows xp sp3 on an older Compaq workstation. When I try to read a file on the A drive I can get the list of files on the floppy but I cant read any of the files even .txt files. Device Manager > Non-Plug and Play Drivers > Parallel port driver AND Serial
Kernel drivers are special kind of services; they do not show up in the services manager. If you really don't want to see these drivers, just don't enable "show hidden devices". Orientation of monitor picture?
At home I'm running Windows XP Media Center with a 22" LCD from AOC and a Radeon HD 3850 or something. The cheapy HD card. USB Device jams PC after a while
