Microsoft Exchange

I have an exchange 2003 server (with sp2) on windows 2003 R2. I just got one "1025 even id". No other error and evrything seems working fine. detailed message tracking (read, deleted, etc.)
Is there a tool or a audit switch I am missing in Exch 2003 enterprise that allows you to track when a message was read by a user, deleted, etc.?
