Not able to receive anwered e-mails

Close Outlook from Command Prompt
I would like to be able to close Outlook 2003 from a batch process so that I can back up PST files on a peer-to-peer XP Pro network. How do you remove or not display the "you forwarded this msg" from an email that is in your inbox? User received an email and does not want the casual snooper to see whether or not emails were forwarded to others. Password protect an e-mail message before sending?

Attachment Security Warning
I have one user who get the "Attachment Security Warning" everytime they try to open an ".xnk" (link) file in Outlook 2002. I have done the registry hack by adding the Level1Remove to the registry to no avail. This is isolated to this system, other users do not have this issue.
