Why when I receive a word document it comes as a wordpad?
Please help....ever since I changed to Outlook 2007, when I receive emails with attachments that should be in 'Word' they come out in 'Wordpad' - does this mean that when I send Word attachments they don't come out properly either?? How can I fix this?? ... 8 Feb 2010 21:23

Can receive but can't send emails
when I try to send a test message, everything goes through except sending a test message. Message says to please verify email address field. I'm using the same settings for the email account as on my laptop located in the same room which works perfectly! ... 8 Feb 2010 16:52

zip files as an attachement
hi gurus I have a strange problem and I dont know where to start. Outlook 2003 Email Immediate Bounce Back
I'm having an odd problem with outgoing email in Outlook 2003. I just got a new laptop w/XP Pro and loaded the MS Office Standard Suite w/SP1. I also downloaded and installed Office SP3. When I am typing emails,sometimes the word will move upwards/
Sometimes when I am typing the letter t, the word will revert backwards to another previous paragraph. It happens with other letters but usually with the letter T. I just purchased a new computer that came loaded with "Office Home and Student 2007". Outlook is nowhere to be found. I thought it was included. Do I need to purchase additional software?
