Does anybody know whether it is possible to configure an md RAID1 to read with preferrence from one particular RAID disk? The reasom I ask is that I have an application that does very ver writes but a lot of small file reads. MYSQL using more than 100% CPU
Hi All, I'm having a server with 16 cpus and 32G mem. The Base os is Debian Lenny I use this server to host a site with heavy client requests. My Mysql version is 5.0.51a with PHP5. Hej! As I have to open my server to windows users anyway I would like switch linux clients to cifs from nfs, too. Problem is that on each linux client there are several users who create files on the server and I need the owner of the file kept together with the file.
