Dealing with Hewlett Packard
Can someone give me some information as to how to deal with HP. Possibly I have been a bit gullible but that doesn't support what has happened. I had a Deskjet 6520 printer which had the wrong carts in it. HP told me that the region was set wrongly so I needed a new printer. We discussed options (I also have a... 23 Feb 2010 13:33
HPLJ 5P can't pick up paper
My HPLJ 5P has worked reliably for years, but recently it fails to pick up paper. It makes the usual clicks and other sounds till after a few seconds when the paper should start moving there is a rubbery squeal and the paper jam light comes on. The paper hasn't moved from the tray though. I tried cleaning t... 24 Mar 2010 03:18

Hi Ron, My download problem on the HP driver site http://www.hp.com/support/lj3200 seems to only be on my side so I agree, my many download managers may be getting in the way (mostly for downlo... 15 Feb 2010 21:08
Best paper value
I've seen some discussions here before on which is the best photo paper for this or that, and some of them have been quite interesting. But let's face it - there are a lot of printers that never print so much as a single photo. These printers, both inkjet and laser, usually print office-type items, some for lar... 21 Feb 2010 15:59

Grey line down the page
I've been using this Xerox Docuprint P 12 for years and have collected spare toner cartridge assemblies when they have been available. I believe it's similar to a LaserJet II. It has started printing a grey line about1/2inch wide down every page, so the question is should I unwrap and install one of my hugely ... 12 Feb 2010 14:35
HP 6500 OfficeJet wireless
The printer is good, but when the ink runs out, you cannot refill the cartridge. You must use a new cartridge. There is a chip in the cartrige that will not allow it to work again. --- frmsrcurl: http://compgroups.net/comp.periphs.printers/HP-6500-OfficeJet-wireless ... 11 Feb 2010 22:57
User Defined Labels
Do you know of a program which allows the user to specify his own label sizes? I'd like to be able to open it up and specify the label size and the size of the backer sheet and then mail merge my info into it. Word and Publisher don't present the label and sheet size I have to use. I have a bunch of 15/16 x 3 1/... 12 Feb 2010 19:05
