export gantt chart from Project 2007 to Excel Is there a way to limit the timescale? When the conversation to a PDF is done it puts the time scale up for the whole project (59 wks). Pivot table not refreshing??? We are on 2007 through the april CU. We rely heavily on pivot tables out of Data Analysis. What we are seeing is that our task names aren't getting updated in the pivot tables even though we CAN see the change in Data Analysis. Does this make sense??? Rollup bars solution Sometimes my files get corrupted and show rollups of SOME tasks on SOME bars, and the Format\Layout... options don't fix it. Once a file gets this way, it's always "broken."
