Can't see one of my computers on my network I have a home network with several computers hooked up through a Llinksys Router acting as a DHCP server for the network. All of the computers have obtained addresses and can access the internet. All but one can see the other computers on the network. xp won't resolve domain names Hi, I have 2 computers connected to DLink router using BT Broadband. Both PCs connected with ethernet connection. One is WIN2K the other XPPro SP2. Cannot get an IP address I have an XP Home Compaq and cannot get the DHCP IP addressing to work. It defaults to the automatic local XP IP 169.254. Cisco VPN 4.6.00/01 and XP SP2 I have cisco vpn client installed (tried 4.6.00 and 4.6.01), also installed it with ICS off and on, on IBM ThinkPad R51 (512MB ram).
