Problem with 4550 fans
Friend has a 4550 and the fans blow pretty much full blast. We've opened the case and blown it out. Not much not dust inside and didn't seem to make much of a difference. The air blowing out of the back isn't hot or anything, feels cool in fact. Any ideas? ... 23 Jun 2005 23:32

No power
Tried to plug in my Dell 5150 to recharge the battery and nothing. The lights on the palm rest just flash once and go out. I have power at the transformer and at the plug to the laptop. I've got a dell latitude CPi D266XT with a 4Gb HDD. I want to get a bigger HDD off ebay but which one? When I bought more RAM I had to check which were applicable, but how do I do this for HDD.
