How do you print correction marks in Word I'm trying to keep the correction marks when printing in Microsoft Word. Currently I can see them when writing my document, but I want to preserve them when I print out the document. Currently, the only way I see to do this is to screen shot the page, but I'd rather not do that since it's a lot of extra steps... 2 Jun 2010 22:02

When pasting, is "No to all" ever an overwriting option When copying and pasting numerous documents, when duplicates are encounter I am asked if I want to overwrite the duplicate. The options are usually Yes, No and Yes to All. Is there ever a "No to All" option? ... 27 May 2010 18:12

How do I track changes in Word without using balloons? Go to your change tracking options window (on the Review ribbon in 2007, under the Tools menu in earlier versions). Select underlined for insertions, strikethrough for deletions, set the color for black, and choose Never for balloons. If this helps, please check Yes below.
