Battery replacements
I'm looking for a replacement for a Nokia BL-5C battery (very common type). I wandered over to eBay, and there are loads but most of them aren't original. Some are claiming to have higher capacity than the standard batteries (1300 v 850 mAh). Are these aftermarket batteries any good? My only experience is us... 27 May 2010 15:58
Orange BIS (New BlackBerry handset)
I'm thinking of getting another Blackberry phone, Blackberry Curve 8520. I currently have a Blackberry Pearl 8120 on Orange PAYG. I know you can not take the PIN number with you, but do I have to cancel the BlackBerry Internet Service on my current handset and reinstate it on my new handset? I would like to... 28 May 2010 06:05

Three's Call Divert & Skype
Damn - I still haven't got voice mail switched off on my S2. I got a surprise call from a friend in NZ on Skype in the middle of CSI this evening. I was on the laptop too but my S2 hi-jacked the call and when I didn't 'accept' it ('cos it took me a while to get the damned thing out of my bag) it call diverted int... 24 May 2010 20:11

HTC HD2 update woes
A couple of weeks ago I received an email from T-Mobile telling me that there was a software update for my HTC HD2, so once I had some free time I picked up the phone and called their tech support line to ask a couple of questions. it didn't go well, so they put me through to HTC's own tech support line... ... 24 May 2010 07:57
Three - cheap international calls ... ??
Three has a leaflet in its stores advertising special country flagged SIM cards - or maybe just a normal PAYG SIM card - which offers cheap international cals via a 4nn prefix code. Are these routed via Skype? The sequence of 4nn prefixes has gaps in the chronological order indicating that many more countries are i... 25 May 2010 13:33
